From the start the relationship didn't seem right. Two different Newell employees got in touch and I shouldn't have decided to work with Raven . They printed the packaging wrongly. In addition, they messed up the shipment and it left much later than planned because they have zero experience in handling shipping. It even happened that one of Raven's colleague pretended to be her and was rude and disrespectful to me. 5 years working with Alibaba suppliers, Newell is by far the worst. Finally, they charged me for an inspection that was useless as it was agreed that the inspection would make the vessel leave on time and it didn't. The supplier said that I will not get my money back and will cancel the refund until the trade assurance expires.... unprofessional. disrespectful and awful experience to do business with.

We arranged second sampling and changed regular digital proof into machine proof and the extra charge into our account. And you satisfied with the second proof, that’s why our cooperation could be continued. Right?
The buyer arranged the ship, we follow instructions of your broker. And I reminder their broker twice the goods need to issue the inspection document for custom declaration. And they need to inform us before 2nd of Feb. The broker let us provide inspection on 6th of Feb. It’s too late cause Chinese New Year festival. After got the approval of customer, their broker changed the next vessel to give us time to prepare the inspection. Eventually, the goods shipped out on time by the changed vessel time.At this time customer requested refund for the inspection charge. Their reason is we didn’t supply inspection service. Actually, if we didn’t supply inspection document your goods still be stucked in warehouse.
we also promised to refund 50% of the inspection fee. You agreed.
